How?

We identify the cleanest and the most efficient forms of energy for each of our customers based on their current situation and goals. We provide energy as a service, continuously improving energy-efficiency. As a technology-independent seller and distributor of energy, we can offer solutions that are genuinely the best possible options for our customers.

What?

Our industrial services consist of packages where we are responsible for all elements of energy production, ranging from the design and procurement of equipment to round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance. We provide our industrial customers with steam, heat, cooling, back-up power, and compressed air, among other things.

For Whom?

Well known food industry operators constitute the majority of our current industrial customers. Their quality standards for the steam used in production are extremely strict. The reliability and availability of steam plants are also very important to them. The steam output of a typical industrial customer ranges from 2 to 20 MW, but we also provide our services to plants larger than that.

Energy-efficiency

Industrial energy-efficiency can be improved by boosting the efficiency of the heating of properties, by optimizing production methods, and by recycling energy.

In addition to heating, the industrial energy savings potential comprises the optimization of production methods. We identify the best possible methods for achieving savings by comparing the efficiency of each form of energy. For example, gas is often a more efficient method for steam generation than electricity.

We also assess the possibilities offered by the equipment used for the production of energy. For example, in addition to the energy required for production, a steam boiler might produce heat required by the property as well.

Gas for Industry

Versatile gas is an easy and efficient choice as a source of energy for the industry. It is also the right choice for sustainable development – whether you decide to use clean natural gas or 100% renewable biogas. Natural gas has smaller carbon dioxide emissions than other fossil fuels, and it burns without producing any particulate matter emissions. In turn, biogas is a completely renewable non-carbon fuel.

In addition to the process industry, we supply gas to resellers and energy companies.

Optimization of Energy Consumption Based on Pricing

The range of services offered by Auris Energy combines several forms of energy production based on the objectives of each customer. For example, substantial cost savings can be achieved by combining electricity and gas for energy production in the industry. A combination of energy sources such as this can be used to manage the special characteristic of the electricity market, i.e., the determination of the hourly rate of electricity based on the most expensive form of production and the resulting variation in the daily price.

The optimization of energy production based on fuel price minimizes the customer’s energy costs. Additionally, it allows for price predictability and reduces unpredictable risks, as energy costs are not determined on the basis of fluctuation in the price of a single source of energy. For example, the entire electricity market benefits from the optimization of electricity consumption, as consumption is shifted to other forms of energy production during peak prices.

In fact, we here at Auris Energy believe that combining multiple forms of energy production and the use of electricity to generate energy are growing phenomena. Not only do they allow customers to introduce flexibility to their activities, but they can also offer predictability and emission reductions.

Industrial Energy Production: Steam, Heat, Cooling

We provide our industrial customers with steam, heat, cooling, back-up power, and compressed air. Our industrial services consist of packages where we are responsible for all elements of energy production, ranging from the design and procurement of equipment to round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance.

Steam for Industrial Production
We can produce steam at a high output capacity where necessary, even in demanding conditions, such as in the food industry. In fact, the majority of our customers consists of operators in the food industry who have very strict quality standards for steam. Furthermore, availability, reliability, and environmental friendliness have an important role in their activities.

Our energy service contracts are based on a turnkey model. They cover all the energy required by the customer, whether in the form of steam, heat, cooling, back-up power, or compressed air. The typical steam output of our customers is 5–20 MW and the annual amount of energy 10–65 GWh.

We carry out all the equipment investments required for the production of energy and offer the produced energy as a service. As part of our turnkey service, we will handle the monitoring, maintenance, and repairs required for the energy system.
